By accessing or using JualBagasi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including travelers offering luggage space and senders requesting transportation services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

JualBagasi is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects travelers with unused luggage space ("Travelers") with individuals who need to send items ("Senders"). We provide the platform for these connections but are not a party to the actual transportation arrangements between users.

3. USER REGISTRATION & ACCOUNTS

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use JualBagasi. By registering, you represent that:

• You are legally able to enter into binding contracts
• All information provided is accurate and current
• You will maintain the accuracy of your information
• You will not use the platform for illegal purposes

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 For Travelers

• Accurate Listings: Provide truthful information about travel dates, routes, and available space
• Compliance: Ensure items transported comply with airline regulations and customs laws
• Communication: Respond promptly to booking requests and maintain contact with Senders
• Delivery: Make reasonable efforts to deliver items safely and on time
• Documentation: Keep necessary travel documents and receipts

4.2 For Senders

• Legal Items Only: Items must be legal to transport and not prohibited by airlines or customs
• Accurate Descriptions: Provide complete and accurate item descriptions, including weight
• Proper Packaging: Items must be securely packaged and appropriately labeled
• Payment: Honor payment agreements and pay agreed fees promptly
• Pickup/Delivery: Coordinate timely handover and collection of items

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS & CONDUCT

5.1 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
• Counterfeit goods or stolen property
• Perishable items without proper arrangements
• Items prohibited by airline or customs regulations
• Hazardous materials (flammables, corrosives, etc.)
• Live animals or plants
• Currency exceeding legal limits

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews
• Scraping or unauthorized data collection
• Interfering with platform operations

6. PAYMENTS & FEES

6.1 Service Fees: JualBagasi charges a service fee for facilitating transactions. Fees are clearly disclosed before booking confirmation.

6.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. JualBagasi is not liable for payment processing issues.

6.3 Refunds: Refund policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are available for cancellations made within specified timeframes.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

7.1 Use at Your Own Risk: Users acknowledge that transporting items through peer-to-peer arrangements involves inherent risks. JualBagasi does not guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of items transported.

7.2 No Warranties: The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, JualBagasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. VERIFICATION & TRUST

We offer optional identity verification for users. While verification adds a layer of trust, it does not guarantee user behavior or transaction outcomes. Users should exercise their own judgment when engaging with others on the platform.

9. REVIEWS & RATINGS

Users may leave reviews based on their experiences. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. JualBagasi reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our content policies, including those that are defamatory, discriminatory, or fake.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on JualBagasi, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JualBagasi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or behavior that harms the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 User Disputes: Disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. JualBagasi may offer mediation services but is not obligated to do so.
